He brings over 12 years of executive search experience and has led more than 300 senior and C-level searches across EMEA.
Before founding DGX Search, Dumitru spent over a decade with a leading international executive search firm, partnering with high-growth companies to place top-tier leadership talent.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Philology from the State University of Moldova and a Master’s in Finance & Banking Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. He is fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian.
